■Role Overview
Stationed as a Resident Engineer, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the customer and the overseas development team to ensure seamless engineering delivery for new and current two-wheeler (2W) projects.

■Main tasks include:
・Act as SPOC with global development teams.
・Manage product launches and cascade customer requirements to project teams.
・Lead communication, gateway reviews, and negotiate scope of business.
・Identify program risks, manage change control, and track project parts.
・Coordinate resource planning and mitigate potential issues in advance.
・Manage cross-functional teams to deliver cockpit and cluster products.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Qualifications
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or similar.
・Business level Japanese Language Proficiency (above JLPT N2-level)
・10-15 year work experience.
・Experience in project management incl. budget responsibility.
・Deep knowledge of automotive Development- and Production processes
・Customer focus, good communicator, team player, self-motivation, proactive and
ability to lead a team are desirable soft skills.
・Knowledge of vehicle systems / SW /HW architecture.
