■About our Client
An innovative travel-tech pioneer serving over 10,000 properties across the Asia Pacific region and reshaping the hospitality industry through advanced AI-native solutions.

■Role Overview
Lead Company's core revenue product cluster—including booking engines, payment infrastructure, and channel managers—to drive direct booking ratios, maximize sales optimization, and lay the foundation for long-term AI-native capabilities across APAC.

■Main tasks include:
・ Own execution of the product roadmap and align OKRs with strategy.
・ Manage core products.
・ Accelerate international migration and drive conversion optimization.
・ Oversee next-generation OTA API integrations and gateway expansion.
・ Integrate intelligent features and AI capabilities into core systems.
・ Lead and equip a high-performing team of 5 to 8 Product Managers.

経験・スキル

【Minimum Requirements】
・ 7+ years in PM with 3+ years leading PM teams in e-commerce/FinTech.
・ Deep understanding of pricing strategy and payment infrastructure.
・ Familiarity with channel management and distribution ecosystems.
・ Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills within multicultural teams.

【Preferred Requirements】
・ Japanese language proficiency is a strong plus.
・ Experience in hospitality revenue management or hotel pricing.
・ Experience launching agentic commerce or AI/ML systems.
・ Familiarity with APAC travel markets beyond Japan.
