■Role Overview
You will execute comprehensive audits focusing on technology and data risks. You will evaluate internal controls, leverage data analytics, and collaborate with both local and global stakeholders to enhance the company's IT governance and security posture.

■Main tasks include:
* Planning and executing technology audits to assess system controls and processes.
* Utilizing advanced data analytics tools to identify potential technology and operational risks.
* Evaluating compliance with local and global regulations, as well as industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO).
* Preparing audit reports and presenting key findings and remediation plans to senior management.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
* Mentoring junior audit team members and contributing to the improvement of audit methodologies.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in IT audit, technology risk management, or cybersecurity.
* Background in IT development, IT operations, or information security (e.g., DX, agile delivery).
* Strong knowledge of IT frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ITIL, ISO 27001) and data privacy regulations.
* Fluent Japanese (business level or above) and advanced English communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
* Professional certifications (CISA, CISSP, CIA) or data analytics skills (Python, Power BI, Alteryx) are a plus.
