■Job Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager within the Finance Audit Team, you may also serve as a Lead Auditor depending on the specific audit project.

Your core responsibilities will include:
・Planning individual audits and executing risk-based testing.
・Reviewing audit workpapers to ensure high audit quality.
・Managing project progress and ensuring audits are completed within the designated time budget.
・Conducting risk assessments and determining ratings for audit findings.
・Drafting discussion papers outlining audit findings.
・Supporting the formulation of actionable improvement plans.
・Drafting official Audit Reports (in English).

経験・スキル

■Qualifications & Requirements
・5+ years of experience in Audit, Assurance, or Advisory Services at an audit firm or corporate enterprise.
・Business-level Japanese and English (Above fluent Japanese ability strongly preferred)
・Excellent business writing skills (ability to draft audit plans, workpapers, and reports in Japanese).
・Strong understanding and practical experience in general internal auditing.
・CIA/CPA/JCPA preferred
