■ Role Overview
This role is responsible for internal audit activities covering front-office operations within a newly established joint venture. It involves risk assessment, operational monitoring, and bilingual (Japanese/English) translation of audit documentation, working closely with both domestic and global audit teams.

■ Main Tasks
・Conduct internal audits of front-office operations within the joint venture.
・Support audit activities performed by partner firm audit teams.
・Review and report on remote audits conducted by global teams.
・Translate audit plans, working papers, and reports between Japanese and English.
・Perform risk assessments and ongoing business monitoring across operations.
・Collaborate with domestic and international stakeholders on audit-related matters.

経験・スキル

■ Requirements
・5+ years of internal audit experience, preferably in financial services or consulting.
・Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills.
・Strong understanding of internal controls and risk assessment principles.
