■Role Overview
・As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will manage onboarding and KYC processes for domestic institutional and individual clients.
・Reporting to the Head of Operations in Japan and the APAC Head in Hong Kong, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering a smooth client experience.

■Main tasks include:
・Coordinate with Sales and Account Management to obtain and verify client documentation.
・Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
・Serve as the main point of contact for new clients during onboarding.
・Perform name screening and adverse media checks, escalating issues when needed.
・Manage account setup, system access, and client training in line with regulations.
・Support clients during their transition to ongoing account management.

経験・スキル

■ Requirements
・3+ years of experience working with Japanese clients and strong understanding of the local market.
・Proven experience in client onboarding and KYC within financial services, including knowledge of Japan-specific regulatory and compliance requirements.
・Full professional bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
