■Role Overview
The Accounts Payable & GL Accountant is responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

■Main tasks include:
・Review, process, and code high-volume vendor invoices accurately.
・Prepare and execute bank wire transfers and manage petty cash.
・Perform monthly AP reconciliations and general ledger entries.
・Support weekly cash flow forecasting and month-end closing tasks.
・Assist with variable tax filings and internal/external audits.
・Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize AP controls and tools.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・3 to 4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
・Fluent Japanese and intermediate English (TOEIC 700+).
・Solid knowledge of local tax regulations and accounting practices.
・Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
・Experience utilizing COUPA software for procurement or AP.
・Strong multitasking, organization, and analytical skills.
