Mission & Team Description:
The SRE team is dedicated to upkeeping and improving the reliability of the platform. The platform is utilized by many different teams, primarily by those developing a major smart city infrastructure initiative.

As an SRE engineer in this team, you will be tasked with understanding various parts of the infrastructure, platform, technical stack, and code to ensure end-to-end quality and reliability across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
・CI/CD Optimization: Partner with the development team to proactively increase the reliability of the CI/CD system through best practices, optimizations, and other reliability configurations.
・Monorepo & Automation: Take part in managing a monorepo and upholding best practices in developing with automation.
・Cluster & Infrastructure Management: Work with the team to manage a management cluster on EKS.
・Observability: Manage observability in the form of dashboards, metrics, logs, alerts, etc.
・Standards & Operations: Work with the broader SRE team to set standards and best practices across the organization.
・Handle daily operations and create runbooks for operations.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Core Priority).
・5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
・Strong familiarity with Kubernetes, Istio, AWS, and Networking.
・Experience with ArgoCD and/or Kargo preferred but not mandatory.
・Familiarity with Bazel and/or other build tools preferred but not mandatory.
