■Role Overview
The Accountant will manage Japan's accounting operations, focusing on JGAAP fixed asset management, ensuring financial data accuracy, and handling statutory closing.

■Main tasks include:
・Manage fixed assets under JGAAP and perform primary/secondary ledger reconciliations.
・Enhance accounting data accuracy in partnership with retail operations.
・Provide local support to AP/AR teams in Shanghai and drive invoice digitalization.
・Support statutory closing, financial statement preparation, and SOX compliance.
・Participate in global project implementation and drive process efficiencies.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・3-5+ years of relevant accounting experience (apparel industry experience is a plus).
・Strong knowledge of JGAAP/US GAAP fixed asset treatment and Japan consumption tax.
・Business-level written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
・Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (familiarity with Oracle or other ERPs is preferred).
・Nissho Boki Level 2 or equivalent accounting certification is preferred.
