As a Product Manager, you will oversee the strategic lifecycle of core data platforms and group-wide permission management systems. You will serve as the bridge between diverse internal stakeholders and technical teams, transforming complex business challenges into intuitive, secure, and scalable B2B product solutions. Your mission is to foster consistency and data integrity while streamlining access processes to accelerate organizational productivity.

Main tasks include:
■ Define, prioritize, and execute product strategies that align with the overarching platform vision.
■ Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for engineering teams.
■ Analyze customer and business problems to propose innovative, bold infrastructure solutions.
■ Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure products meet high standards of quality and security.
■ Foster a culture of technical experimentation and continuous improvement within the product team.
■ Engage with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather requirements and share product roadmaps.
■ Track metrics to ensure solutions effectively solve identified business bottlenecks.

■ 2-3 years of proven experience serving as a Scrum Product Owner.
■ Exceptional ability to articulate technical requirements and specifications clearly.
■ Strong analytical skills with a focus on high-performance system architecture.
■ Adaptability and an agile mindset to respond rapidly to changing business needs.
■ Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing conflicting interests.
■ Proven success in guiding teams through complex agile transitions.
■ Technical background or experience in software development is highly desirable.
■ Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
