Your Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of revenue growth strategies, ensuring sustainable net sales growth.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to translate data insights into clear, effective commercial execution plans.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses using Intage/POS market data to optimize pricing, promotional effectiveness, and product performance.
- Perform price elasticity studies and build robust, three-year strategic pricing roadmaps.
- Work closely with the Finance team to support reporting, forecasting, and various commercial projects to guide senior leadership decision-making.

経験・スキル

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive analytical experience in Pricing Strategy, Analytics, Commercial Finance, or Category Management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas).
- Fluency in Japanese and strong professional business English communication skills.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage through ambiguity and formulate independent, data-backed strategic recommendations.
