■Role Overview
As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will lead the delivery of innovative prototyping and cloud engineering engagements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients to unlock business value using emerging technologies and Generative AI.

■Main tasks include:
・Identify prototyping opportunities with sales teams and enterprise clients.
・Create and position a compelling vision for cloud-based experimentation.
・Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic cloud and AI prototypes.
・Evaluate project feasibility, scope, and long-term business impact.
・Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical leaders.
・Capture and share technical insights to improve organizational services.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
- 7+ years of customer-facing, large-scale implementation consulting experience across multiple cross-functional teams
- 7+ years of program/project management experience leading complex, end to end projects
- Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering cloud-based solutions on AWS or equivalent cloud services, including working knowledge of Generative AI services
- Fluent level Japanese and Business level English
