■Role Overview
Serve as a strategic finance partner for the CPS division to drive business growth and operational performance. This role goes beyond traditional FP&A by combining financial planning, business partnering, decision support, process automation, and M&A integration directly with business unit leadership.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and variance analysis.
・Deliver insights on P&L, margins, cash flow, and cost structure optimization.
・Act as key finance partner to business leadership to support strategic decisions.
・Oversee monthly closing and ensure financial reporting compliance with group standards.
・Drive process efficiency, digitalization, and reporting automation (dashboards).
・Support M&A activities, post-merger integration (PMI), and business transformation.

■Requirements
【Mandatory Requirements】
・5-10 years of experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, or management accounting.
・Strong experience in P&L ownership, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
・Proven capability in business partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
・Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills.

【Preferred Qualifications】
・Experience working within a multinational company environment.
・Track record in KPI development, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement.
・Exposure to M&A activities, PMI (post-merger integration), or business transformation.
・Advanced Excel, financial systems proficiency, and strong presentation skills.
