■ Position Overview
In this position, you will propose and promote new and existing investment products, focusing on private asset strategies such as global PE access funds, to securities firms and financial distributors to drive mid-to-long-term business expansion in Japan.

■Main tasks include:
・Propose new investment strategies and strengthen distributor relationships.
・Promote private asset strategies, including global PE access funds.
・Promote existing investment strategies, including sub-advised products.
・Contribute to the planning and development of new investment strategies.
・Build long-term partnerships with domestic financial institutions.
・Collaborate with internal teams to align with market needs.

■Requirements
・Experience in retail wealth management business (public or private funds).
・Experience as a relationship manager or wholesaler for distributors.
・Strong communication skills and deep customer-centric mindset.
