■Role Overview
In this position, you will oversee laboratory operations, manage R&D staff, and develop short- to mid-term strategies for product innovation, technology development, and technical support to drive continuous business growth.

■Main tasks include:
・Direct laboratory operations, product analysis, and research activities.
・Supervise, coach, and develop chemists and laboratory staff.
・Lead new product development and product improvement initiatives.
・Partner with commercial teams to provide responsive customer technical support.
・Ensure laboratory compliance with safety, environmental, and ISO regulations.
・Evaluate alternative raw materials to enhance performance and optimize costs.
