■About the Company
A market-leading retail enterprise achieving continuous record revenue and actively driving global supply chain expansion.

■Role Overview
You will oversee global tax strategies, transfer pricing policies, and overseas tax management for the entire group, optimizing tax costs and minimizing tax risks to directly contribute to group cash flow.

■Main tasks include:
・Develop and manage global transfer pricing policies and documentation
・Oversee tax compliance for overseas subsidiaries including J-CFC regulations
・Manage Pillar Two global minimum tax and identify international tax risks
・Formulate tax planning for M&A, restructuring, and global projects
・Lead tax audit responses and manage relationships with tax advisors
・Foster and mentor global tax talents within the organization

経験・スキル

【Required Skills & Experience】
・3-5+ years of practical experience in international tax at a company or tax firm
・Proven experience in transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File)
・Business-level English proficiency for international meetings and correspondence
・Deep knowledge and solid understanding of international taxation

【Preferred Qualifications】
・Licensed Tax Accountant, CPA, or USCPA certification
・Experience in tax audit responses or working at a tax accounting firm
・Experience living overseas or on long-term overseas business trips
・Tax management experience in the retail or global business sector
