■About our Client

■Role Overview
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead accounting, treasury, reporting, and tax matters for a French–Japanese joint venture headquartered in Japan.
This role requires strong expertise in JGAAP & IFRS, Japanese tax, and multi-entity reporting, combined with experience managing teams and working with finance shared services in a global environment.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing under JGAAP and IFRS.
・Prepare and submit reporting packages to Japanese and French shareholders.
・Oversee corporate tax, consumption tax, and statutory filings in Japan.
・Manage cash flow, liquidity, and relationships with banks.
・Lead, develop, and monitor a team of 5 accounting staff.
・Manage interactions with finance shared service centers and external auditors.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Required】
• 10 - 15 years’ experience in accounting within a multinational
environment
• Strong knowledge of JGAAP, IFRS, and Japanese tax
• Experience managing teams and shared service models
• Proven experience in multi-entity and cross-border reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fluent in Japanese and Advanced in English

【Preferred】
• Work experience in big4 audit firm is a big plus
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
