■Role Overview
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, cash flow, and financial operations for Japan business, managing 3 direct reports and collaborating with regional/global HQ teams.

■Main tasks include:
・Manage AP, AR, asset management, and treasury/cash flow functions.
・Prepare accurate month-end financial reports and statutory financial statements.
・Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, internal accounting policies, and handle audits.
・Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business case evaluations.
・Lead and mentor a team of 3 direct reports to build an engaged and effective department.
・Collaborate closely with internal leadership, regional management, and global HQ stakeholders.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Must-have]
・5+ years of experience managing financial functions in the retail industry.
・Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with tax, statutory reporting, and audits.
・Business-level or higher English communication skills (written and verbal).
・Experience with SAP and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

[Preferred]
・Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent university qualification.
・CA or CPA qualification preferred.
・Proven leadership, project management, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
