■Role Overview
As the company accelerates its global expansion, this role will take the lead in the IFRS implementation project and help strengthen the international management framework. Working within a skilled four-person finance team, you will be responsible for consolidated accounting, tax, financial disclosures, and internal controls, while also collaborating with external advisors and partners.

■Main Responsibilities
・Lead the IFRS transition project independently
・Manage post-IFRS accounting, tax reporting, and disclosures
・Strengthen consolidated accounting across group companies
・Oversee financial operations and internal control processes
・Enhance global governance and management frameworks
・Collaborate with external consultants and tax advisors

経験・スキル

■Requirements
Required:
・Experience in corporate accounting and finance
・Experience in consolidated accounting for group companies
・Business-level English (for meetings and discussions)

Preferred:
・CPA or USCPA qualification
・Experience working at an audit firm or listed company
・Hands-on experience with IFRS or M&A/PMI
・Experience leading teams or projects
