■Role Overview
Serve as a strategic finance partner to the Country GM and global leadership, driving financial performance, managing commercial risks, and supporting strategic decision-making for the Infectious Disease business unit in Japan.

■Main tasks include:
・Drive development and execution of robust financial business plans, LBEs, and forecasts.
・Provide financial counsel and analysis to senior management to maximize profit and growth.
・Ensure financial integrity, compliance with Abbott policies (CFMs), and GAAP standards.
・Oversee distributor market operations, including contracting, inventory, and compliance.
・Manage trade, supply chain, and operational financial risks to optimize margins.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial Excellence.
