■Role Overview
You will be responsible for overseeing local data center operations at one or more facilities, ensuring the highest level of infrastructure availability, and managing engineering operations, critical maintenance, and technical incident responses.

■Main tasks include:
・Manage 24x7 critical facility operations and infrastructure maintenance.
・Coordinate customer installations, deployments, and power circuits.
・Supervise engineering teams and enforce operational standards.
・Approve change management and method of procedures (MOPs).
・Act as technical lead and escalation point for data center clients.
・Manage operational incidents, root-cause analysis, and budgets.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Must have]
・8+ years of facility management in data centers or related fields.
・3-5+ years leading data center operations in critical environments.
・Proficiency in CMMS, DCIM, and power metering systems.
・Fluent Japanese and basic English (reading, writing, interviewing).

[Nice to have]
・Knowledge of cloud environments, hybrid IT, and network monitoring.
・Experience managing budgets and analyzing operational expenses.
・Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
・Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.
