■Role Overview
Serve as an in-country Finance Business Partner in Tokyo, driving government contract execution, EAC reviews, financial modeling, and long-range business planning in close collaboration with program leadership.

■Main tasks include:
・Assist finance leadership with portfolio affordability and business cases.
・Manage project budgets, baselines, EACs, and long-range business plans.
・Perform monthly/annual financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
・Implement business management procedures to ensure financial integrity.
・Prepare high-level management reports and drive process improvements.
・Analyze financial data and present internal/external reports to leadership.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
【Mandatory Requirements】
・Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related major.
・Fluent Japanese and English communication skills (written and verbal).
・Accounting qualification such as CPA (USCPA), CA, or Japanese CA.
・Strong financial modeling, Excel skills, and policy application ability.

【Preferred Qualifications】
・5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
・Prior exposure to the Aerospace & Defense industry.
・Cost analysis experience and knowledge of corporate overhead management.
・Proven experience working effectively in a cross-functional environment.
