■Role Overview
Act as a strategic finance partner to drive financial planning, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis, serving as the key point of contact for business units and management decision-making.

■Main tasks include:
・Drive financial planning, budgeting, and accurate forecasting processes.
・Develop financial models, scenarios, and ad-hoc analyses for management.
・Act as the primary FP&A business partner for cross-functional departments.
・Monitor actual vs. budget performance and identify resource optimizations.
・Prepare financial management reporting in line with global and local standards.
・Foster a collaborative working environment and build strong stakeholder relationships.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Must-have]
・5+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably within FMCG, Pharma, or global corporate environments.
・Business-level or higher Japanese (written and spoken) and high business-level proficiency in English.
・Solid analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.

[Preferred]
・Team management or leadership experience.
・Proven track record of effective business partnering and stakeholder influence.
・Ability to thrive and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
