How You Will Make an Impact:

Partner with business leaders to assess their needs and spot opportunities for process improvement or automation. You'll collaborate with regional and global IT teams to design and pitch cutting-edge technology solutions.

- Be the Ultimate Problem Solver:
Dive deep into business systems, interfaces, and configurations. You'll perform root-cause analysis, investigate data integrity, and troubleshoot complex issues to keep this company's operations running flawlessly.

- Bridge the Gap Between Business and Tech:
Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications. You'll design, configure, and validate system features, integrations, and reports that directly address user needs.

- Connect Local Teams to the Globe:
Serve as the central liaison between this company's Japan business users, local vendors, and international IT teams. You will ensure communication flows seamlessly and issues are resolved rapidly.

Provide hands-on, end-to-end support by stepping out from behind the desk to assist this company's warehouse operations on a periodic or as-needed basis. You’ll be the on-site hero keeping critical hardware—like barcode scanners, handheld devices, and label printers—online during peak activities.

Create comprehensive functional documentation that sets the standard for system implementations, changes, and future enhancements.

経験・スキル

~ What You Bring to the Team (Required) ~
- Education & Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field) paired with 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a relevant IT systems role.

- Alternative Pathway:
A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a tech-related field paired with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Technical & System Expertise
- Enterprise Systems:
A solid working knowledge of enterprise systems like ERP, WMS, PLM, CRM, or QMS (e.g., JDE, SAP, Salesforce). Broader exposure to enterprise tech is a major plus.

- SaaS & Integrations:
Experience supporting system interfaces and integrations across multiple applications, as well as interacting with SaaS platforms and external vendors.

-Project Execution:
Experience managing or supporting small IT projects from concept to completion.

-Regulated Environments:
Familiarity with GxP / Good Documentation Practices and FDA software validation guidelines will give you a significant competitive edge.
