The Senior Accountant is responsible for inventory/COGS management, reconciliations, and closing. Collaborates with store ops to drive ERP and process improvements.

■Main tasks include:
・Maintaining accurate records and checking calculations for inventory and COGS.
・Performing regular inventory reconciliations between physical stock, POS data, and accounting records.
・Collaborating with store operations and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
・Supporting month-end, semi-annual, and year-end closing processes.
・Assisting the Finance Manager with ad hoc reporting, data validation, and finance projects.
・Identifying and implementing process improvements and supporting internal/external audits.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Required Qualifications】
・Over 5 years of experience in accounting, inventory/COGS management, or finance.
・Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of JGAAP.
・Proficiency with SAP (ERP6.0 / FI / AA / CO) or similar ERP systems.
・Nissho Boki 2nd grade or equivalent accounting knowledge.
・Business-level Japanese

【Preferred Qualifications】
・Experience in the retail, luxury, or fashion industries with foreign/imported brands.
・Knowledge and understanding of IFRS or US GAAP.
・US CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
