【Position Purpose / 期待役割】
We are seeking an IT Business Partner & Digital Transformation (DX) Leader to join our Tokyo team.
In this role, you will support our Global Clinical Development, Patient Safety, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs organizations, by blending your technical expertise and IT solutions, with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry processes.

- 経験・スキル
- 【Essential Requirements / 必須要件】
■ 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in IT for Development and Medical departments.
■ A strong understanding of operational processes in drug development, clinical trials, and medical affairs.
■ Proven experience acting as an IT Business Partner (ITBP), IT Business Analyst (BA), IT Project Manager (PM), or IT Product Manager.
■ Deep knowledge of GxP, regulatory compliance, and/or Computer System Validation (CSV).
■ Language / 言語力: Business-level English and Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) required. - 学歴
