■Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst, you will deliver clear, data-driven analysis to support internal reporting and business understanding. You will analyze financial performance, streamline reporting processes, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support effective decision-making.

■Main tasks include:
・Analyze financial performance (actual vs. forecast) and key drivers.
・Consolidate and structure financial data for internal reporting.
・Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis preparation.
・Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for finance management.
・Standardize, simplify, and automate financial reporting processes.
・Collaborate with Accounting and other departments for data alignment.

■Working conditions:
Hybrid (2 days home for full week), super flexible working hours without core hours and flex off system.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Required】
・3+ years of experience as a business/financial analyst in a foreign MNC.
・Basic accounting knowledge and strong analytical mindset.
・Proficiency in Oracle and advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint skills.
・Fluent English and advanced Japanese language skills.

【Preferred】
・Knowledge and experience in SAP.
・Experience with financial system implementation or enhancement.
・Experience within the manufacturing industry.
