・Data Platform Operation and Management: Oversee the operation and lifecycle management of the enterprise data platform, including establishing and running Master Data Management (MDM) and governance.
・Data Solution Development Leadership: Lead the planning and development of reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions, translating business requirements into scalable data solutions.
・Ensuring Data Quality and Compliance: Guarantee data quality, availability, security, and compliance.
・Strengthening Internal Capabilities: Enhance in-house data engineering and analysis capabilities, while managing vendors and driving internal development to reduce external dependency.

経験・スキル

・Extensive Professional Experience: Over 8 years of practical experience in the fields of data platforms, analytics, or enterprise IT.
・Management Experience: Experience managing an organization or team in data engineering, Business Intelligence (BI), or Master Data Management (MDM).
・Deep Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge concerning modern data architecture, data governance, and data operations.
・Language Proficiency: Business-level proficiency or higher in both Japanese and English is required.
