■Role overview
As a Sr. Credit Risk Analyst, you will focus on medium-to-large-sized commercial credit underwriting, portfolio risk management, and credit strategy development for the Japan market to enable efficient and scalable growth.

■Main tasks include:
・Underwrite medium-to-large-sized commercial credit applications.
・Evaluate portfolio risks and create risk metrics, focusing on Japan.
・Improve underwriting processes and operational efficiencies.
・Contribute to credit strategies and customer sub-segment analysis.
・Define credit policies and features for decision-making platforms.
・Collaborate daily with overseas partners and internal stakeholders.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■ Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working with complex data sets
- Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience in commercial credit risk management
- Experience in Business Japanese / English skills, both verbal and written

■ Preferred
- Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
- Knowledge of SQL or Python
- MBA, CFA, CPA or master’s degree in relevant fields
- Experience in managing a credit risk program for an unsecured lending portfolio.
