Our client is not just maintaining the status quo; they are actively transitioning into a Global Specialty Pharma powerhouse. As the lead for global contracts, you won't just be reviewing documents—you will be the strategic architect of legal schemes for:

International Multi-center Clinical Trials: Navigating complex regulations across the US, Europe, and Asia.


High-Level Partnering: Drafting and leading negotiations for licensing and joint development agreements that maximize corporate value.


Asset Acquisitions: Executing critical legal due diligence for new, life-saving assets.


Board-Level Influence: Acting as a key advisor by reporting legal risks directly to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
