- Spearhead System Delivery: Drive the delivery of high-quality Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications to internal business teams and external customers, ensuring seamless and on-time deployments.

- Provide Strategic Leadership: Serve as the Technical Lead for high-impact implementation projects, offering visionary technical direction and oversight to cross-functional project members, development teams, and external vendors.

- Architect Robust Solutions: Design innovative system solutions that perfectly align with enterprise business strategies and global standardization policies, while creating comprehensive documentation for both technical teams and end-users.

- Bridge Business and Technology: Act as the vital link between complex business objectives and scalable IT products, driving success through highly effective communication with key stakeholders and external clients.

- Drive Proactive Problem Solving: Proactively troubleshoot product issues, ensuring complex technical challenges are swiftly managed and effectively escalated to the appropriate global or regional product owner teams.

- Lead Critical Milestones (Japan & APAC): Operate primarily from our dynamic Japan HQ, with exciting opportunities to travel on-site for critical project milestones—such as system go-lives and hypercare support—alongside potential participation in broader APAC regional initiatives.

- Act as a Product Evangelist: Champion our IT solutions, building deep awareness, driving widespread adoption, and fostering collaboration and understanding across internal teams and external partners.

- Shape the Future Roadmap: Partner closely with Product Management to drive team-building initiatives and play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap for future product strategies.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 5 years of experience in business application implementation (logistics sector such as WMS, SAP EWM, etc.)
- Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Ability to convey complicated, important information clearly and effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize workload effectively
- Ability to build good relationships with fellow employees as well as internal/external clients
- Experience in system development with basic database knowledge/skill such as SQL
