■Role Overview
As a Generative AI Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will bridge the gap between frontier AI products and production-grade reality within customer environments. You will architect, code, and debug bespoke agentic solutions, while providing critical feedback to the future product roadmap.

■Main tasks include:
・Developing production-grade agentic workflows from rapid prototypes.
・Architecting connections between AI products and live customer infrastructure.
・Building high-performance evaluation and observability frameworks.
・Converting field insights into reusable modules or feature requests.
・Collaborating with customer engineering teams to instill best practices.
・Solving complex integration, data readiness, and state-management issues.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent practical experience.
・Experience building production-grade AI solutions using Python or TypeScript.
・Experience in applied AI (RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning).
・Experience architecting and deploying solutions on Cloud Platforms.
・Fluent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
・Master’s or PhD in AI/Computer Science is preferred.
