■Role Overview
As an embedded builder, you will bridge the gap between frontier AI products and production-grade reality for enterprise customers. This role involves architecting, coding, and deploying AI systems while providing direct feedback to the Cloud product roadmap.

■Main tasks include:
・Developing production-grade agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
・Architecting connections between AI products and live infrastructure.
・Building evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks.
・Converting field insights into reusable modules or feature requests.
・Collaborating with customer engineering teams to share best practices.
・Managing technical blockers to bring AI systems to maturity.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent practical experience.
・3+ years of experience in Python and machine learning packages.
・Experience in applied AI (e.g., RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning).
・Experience with architecting and deploying solutions on Cloud Platforms.
・Fluent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
・Master’s or PhD in AI/Computer Science is preferred.
