■About our Client
A leading global food & beverage company dedicated to bringing health through food. As a certified B Corporation, they operate in an efficient, sustainable. The Tatebayashi Factory serves as a key strategic site for their Japan operations.

■Role Overview
The VSU Manager leads the operational execution of new and upgrade projects. Acting as the pivot between Engineering and Manufacturing, you are responsible for planning and directing factory teams to ensure a smooth transition from installation to full production ramp-up, meeting all SQCDM targets.

■Location:
Tatebayashi Factory, Gunma, Japan

■Main tasks include:
・Lead operational project planning and direct factory functional teams.
・Manage project requirements with Engineering and machine manufacturers.
・Oversee OQ (Operation Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification).
・Deliver VSU KPIs aligned with factory SQCDM standards.
・Develop operator training, production standards, and maintenance procedures.
・Monitor and report project performance to the management team.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
・Extensive experience as a production leader with project start-up background.
・Proven experience in "new" or "upgrade" production line projects.
・Deep knowledge of safety and quality requirements at production sites.
・Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
