■Role Overview
As an Associate Analyst, you will drive the firm-wide fund onboarding working group as a project manager for a range of alternative investment funds across onshore and offshore distribution platforms.

■Main tasks include:
・Managing fund onboarding working groups for open-ended and closed-end funds as a PM
・Creating, updating, and maintaining project task trackers and distributing summaries
・Providing daily client servicing to distributors, asset managers, and fund administrators
・Delivering effective operational services to clients and internal/external business partners
・Conducting daily troubleshooting and resolving process issues with minimal oversight
・Planning and executing various strategic projects and initiatives within the team

経験・スキル

■Required
・Fluent Japanese required, business-level English preferred
・1+ year of experience
**Experience may come from a wide range of areas, including: fund operations, client service, distributor onboarding, fund administration, or any relevant product or investment operations team within the financial services industry

■Preferred
・Exposure to alternative investment products
