■About our Client
・A leading global alternative asset manager with a multi-decade track record and a top-tier institutional brand.
・Invests across a broad range of private markets strategies, serving institutional and private wealth clients worldwide.
・Primary strategies include private equity, real estate, credit, and infrastructure.

■Role Overview
Partner with Japan's major distributors — global private banks, large financial institutions, and asset managers — to accelerate the adoption of alternative investment solutions and grow the firm's private wealth business in Japan.

■Main tasks include:
・Build and deepen relationships with key distributor partners
・Serve as a product expert on sophisticated alternative investment offerings
・Lead teach-in sessions, seminars, and advisor education initiatives
・Support the full fundraising cycle, from product launch to post-launch services
・Collaborate with global teams across investments, legal, compliance, and finance
・Deliver a high standard of client service on inbound inquiries

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・7+ years of experience, which may come from a wide range of areas including Sales, Investor Relations, Relationship Management, or similar client-facing roles.
・Bachelor’s degree required
・Fluent Japanese & Business-level English preferred
・Knowledge of alternative products is a plus, but not required
