■Role Overview
As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will lead the AR, credit management, and collections functions. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with SOX and USGAAP while optimizing the credit-to-cash cycle.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead and oversee AR, credit management, and collection processes.
・Coordinate AR closing activities and ensure readiness for audits.
・Analyze AR data, including aging reports and DSO, for management.
・Maintain internal controls for the credit-to-cash cycle (SOX/USGAAP).
・Liaise with regional and New York offices on credit-related matters.
・Supervise and motivate the AR team to achieve operational excellence.

経験・スキル

【Required】
- More than 5 years of experience in accounting or finance; a focus on AR or credit management is preferred.
- Knowledge of Japan/US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Proven experience leading a team of professional staff.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues related to credit and collections.
- Proficiency in SAP or other major ERP systems.
