■Role Overview
As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will lead the AP and T&E functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with SOX and USGAAP. The role focuses on driving operational excellence through team leadership, stakeholder management, and the implementation of automated solutions like RPA.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead AP, T&E processing, and corporate disbursements.
・Coordinate AP closing activities and ensure audit readiness.
・Monitor AP data, including DPO and vendor spend analysis.
・Maintain internal controls (SOX) and USGAAP compliance.
・Design and improve reporting through RPA or AI integration.
・Liaise with regional and NY offices on payment matters.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in accounting or finance; a focus on AR or credit management is preferred.
- Knowledge of Japan/US GAAP and financial reporting requirements. Proven experience leading a team of professional staff.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues related to credit and collections.
- Proficiency in SAP or other major ERP systems.
