【Role Overview】
As Head of Operations in Japan, you will lead the Fund Accounting and Client Services teams in a senior leadership capacity. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee operational strategy, budget management, and service excellence for key investment clients.

【Key Responsibilities】
Lead and develop Fund Accounting Managers and their teams
Design and implement a standardized operating model for Japan
Manage budgets, profitability, and resource allocation in line with group objectives
Partner with the MD and Global Sales on business development initiatives
Drive operational transformation and continuous process improvements
Oversee governance, risk, and compliance in coordination with global stakeholders

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・10+ years of senior leadership experience within Financial Services, experience with fund administration or fund accounting preferred.
・Business-level fluency or higher in both English and Japanese.
・Experience in Private Equity or Real Estate industries is a plus.
