■Role Overview
The Finance Manager plays a critical role in the company's growth, overseeing all general accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance for Japan. You will manage offshore teams and act as a strategic business partner to local and global leadership.

■Main tasks include:
・Managing all general accounting and accurate financial reporting.
・Ensuring compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and tax requirements.
・Supervising offshore transactional finance teams to meet SLAs.
・Designing robust internal controls and efficient financial processes.
・Leading the financial closing process and group reporting.
・Monitoring cash flow and performing financial forecasting.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・5+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
・Professional accounting qualification (e.g., JICPA or equivalent).
・Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
・Basic leadership and team management skills.
・Ability to design efficient financial processes and controls.
