・Analyze legacy business applications to identify modernization opportunities, and design and implement modular architectures such as microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems
・Leverage AI and automation tools for code analysis, refactoring, test generation, and migration support
・Develop and maintain applications using cloud and modern technologies, while supporting PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and pilot implementations
・Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to prepare design documents, development standards, and implementation guidelines

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・4–8 years of experience in software development or systems engineering, with hands-on experience in modern programming languages and frameworks
・Understanding of legacy system modernization, along with knowledge or experience in cloud platforms, container technologies, and CI/CD
・Interest in AI-assisted development and automation tools, or relevant hands-on experience
・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English communication skills
