■ Role Overview
Act as a Finance Business Partner to key business units and executive leadership, driving financial performance through budgeting, P&L analysis, and operational improvement initiatives, while leading and developing a dedicated finance team.

■ Main Responsibilities
• Prepare management reports and present insights to leadership
• Perform P&L variance analysis and KPI analysis by department
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processesbudgeting and periodic f
• Support finance-related operational transformation initiatives (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI)
• Provide financial support for specific engagements/projects
• Manage and develop team members

経験・スキル

■ Requirements

[Required]
• 8+ years of finance experience, including FP&A
• Proven people management experience
• Advanced Excel skills (data processing and reporting)
• Business-level English (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent)

[Preferred]
• Experience with data tools such as Alteryx or Power BI
• Bookkeeping certification (Level 2 or 3)
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
