In this role, you will be in charge of financial discipline and data-driven decision-making across the organization:

• Strategic Planning: Orchestrate the annual budgeting process and multi-year financial forecasting, ensuring alignment across all business functions.

• Commercial Insights: Act as a dedicated business partner to channel leads, evaluating the ROI of promotional campaigns and identifying opportunities to optimize gross margins and operational leverage.

• Performance Management: Lead monthly variance analysis against benchmarks, providing deep-dives into business productivity and channel profitability to mitigate risks early.

• Operational Excellence: Support planning through rigorous financial modeling and participate in organization-wide process improvement initiatives.

• Analytics & Systems: Overhaul management reporting by leveraging BI tools to automate dashboards and enhance data visualization.

経験・スキル

We are looking for a proactive individual who balances technical expertise with a hands-on, collaborative approach:

• Experience: At 5-10 or more years in FP&A or commercial finance, ideally within the consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce sectors.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling is required, alongside experience with ERP and BI systems (e.g., Power BI, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics).

• Communication: Fluent in both Japanese and English, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present clearly to senior leadership.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Mindset: A customer-centric professional with strong attention to detail and a track record of stability and commitment in their career.
