■Role Overview
Strategic finance leadership for the Vaccines business in Japan. This role drives the strategic business plan and supports management-level decision-making with critical insights to optimize business performance and resource allocation.
■Main tasks include:
・Lead strategic business planning and performance
・Manage full P&L and business risk management
・Execute portfolio analysis and scenario planning
・Drive insight-driven commercial cycles
・Support pricing governance and market access
・Optimize ROI and deliver margin enhancement

- Mandatory:
• 10+ years of finance experience
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Business-level English and Japanese
• Strong financial analysis skills
