■About our Client
A global leader in the food and beverage industry, dedicated to innovation and sustainability. Their R&I center in Tatebayashi is a key hub for developing cutting-edge products and processes for both the Japanese and global markets.

■Role Overview
You will be responsible to execute pilot plant operations and analysis to ensure reliable results for product developers.

■Main tasks include:
・Operate R&I pilot plant and analytical equipment
・Record process parameters and analyze trial results
・Manage ingredients, consumables, and sample shipping
・Perform routine equipment maintenance and hygiene control
・Support digitalization and process improvement projects
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams for trials

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Practical experience in pilot plant or food manufacturing
・Basic knowledge of food processing and analytical techniques
・Proficiency in Japanese and English (Effective communication)
・Ability to follow SOPs and safety/quality standards
・Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Engineering is preferred
・Continuous improvement mindset and basic PC skills
