We're looking for an engaging and visionary Manager, Japan Insights & Analytics & CRM to lead two pivotal initiatives within our organization!

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins on both Commercial Data Management and CRM Management, shaping how we understand our customers and empowering our teams with actionable insights. What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be at the heart of our commercial strategy, leading initiatives that directly impact how we connect with our customers and make critical business decisions. Your key responsibilities will include:

Championing Commercial Data: Leading the management of commercial data, collaborating closely with local Business Units and our global/APAC counterparts to ensure data drives our success.
Elevating CRM Operations: Overseeing the daily operations of our Veeva-related processes, ensuring C360 is seamlessly embedded in all customer-facing processes, and driving its adoption and evolution.
Unlocking Insights: Generating and maintaining powerful analytics and dashboards that empower our commercial teams to truly understand our customers. You'll ensure the creation of insightful analytics around CRM, market, and business performance.
Driving Data Quality: Managing customer data updates, providing technical support, and promptly addressing any issues.
Optimizing CRM Configuration: Maintaining and enhancing our CRM (Veeva) configuration and operations, from setting visit frequency targets to connecting activity data to Tableau, and actively soliciting enhancement ideas for Japan.
Leading Enhancements & Upgrades: Collaborating with global and APAC teams on CRM (Veeva) upgrades and new function deployments, including translation, user manual creation, and training to promote proper CRM usage.
Collaborating for Success: Partnering with Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) teams to evaluate and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and processes, ensuring everything aligns with business needs.
Integrating Global Data: Working with global counterparts to integrate Veeva CRM, secondary sales data (like IQVIA), internal financial data, and other sources into robust dashboard and reporting systems (Tableau, Power BI).
Innovating with Data Sources: Continuously evaluating new data sources, comparing their robustness, and proactively suggesting alternatives to business stakeholders.
Enhancing Data Usability: Ensuring our data management structure provides readily usable data to stakeholders, proposing modifications for improved usability.
Shaping Future Roadmaps: Collaborating with APAC and Global teams on future data tools and technology roadmaps, providing input for Japan customization, and ensuring smooth rollouts.
Partnering with Leadership: Collaborating with Senior Management, Marketing, Sales, and Finance stakeholders to interpret results and generate powerful business recommendations.
Driving Analytics Initiatives: Leading the delivery of periodic data analytics and reporting to inform commercial planning and operations, ensuring timely completion.
Being a Local Change Champion: Acting as a local leader for C360 processes and functionality, driving optimal business adoption through process analysis, training, communication, and issue escalation.
Staying Ahead of the Curve: Monitoring the latest analytical tools and techniques, identifying innovative ways to apply them to our business.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Your Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or science, data science or software
5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial data management, dashboard development, or reporting—either in-house or via consulting
Practical knowledge of Veeva CRM operations, including target setting, territory management, data extraction, and module rollout
Experience in sales force effectiveness (SFE), such as customer targeting, territory alignment, and incentive planning
Familiarity with technology roadmaps, business case development, and collaboration with IT and vendors
Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
Proven ability to analyse data, generate insights, and support decision-making
Skilled in project planning, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration
Proficient in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, python, and life science data sources (e.g., IQVIA)
