■About our Client
A joint venture between a major Japanese trading house and a global leader in data center solutions. They provide world-class digital infrastructure from their prime headquarters, offering a stable yet dynamic global environment.

■Role Overview
Handle daily and monthly accounting operations including payments, expense reports, and issuing over 200 invoices per month. Depending on your experience level, you will also take part in monthly/annual closing and financial analysis for new transactions.

■Main tasks include:
・Processing monthly payments using TOKIUM and OBIC7
・Reviewing internal expense reports via SAP Concur
・Issuing and delivering invoices in both Japanese and English
・Managing administrative tasks, document filing, and petty cash
・Handling monthly/annual closing and accounting analysis (Senior level)
・Supporting SPC-specific accounting structures

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・1+ year of experience in accounting, AP, or AR
・Business level proficiency in both Japanese and English (Reading/Writing)
・Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Xlookup, Sumif, etc.)
・Knowledge of Boki Level 3 or higher is a plus
