■Role Overview
As a Finance Manager, you will lead FP&A, treasury, and financing initiatives. This role requires proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial strategy and support decision-making in a fast-paced, global setting.
■Main tasks include:
・Develop annual budgets and mid-term business plans
・Monitor performance and provide feedback to business units
・Introduce new financing methods including securitization
・Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions
・Manage cash flow and daily payment approvals
・Analyze market trends and provide feedback to management

- ■Requirements
【Required Qualifications】
・5+ years of experience in consulting, IB, or corporate finance.
・Solid experience in building financial models and analysis.
・Business-level English proficiency or higher.
・Strong ownership and ability to drive cross-functional tasks.
【Preferred Qualifications】
・7-8 years of experience at consulting firms, investment banks, or funds.
・Proven track record in building client/stakeholder relationships.
・Bilingual proficiency in both Japanese and English.
