■Role Overview
Lead the FP&A function for the Japan market, acting as a strategic partner to the Finance Director and local leadership team and provide data-driven insights to optimize growth and profitability in a dynamic, high-profile consumer goods environment.

■Main tasks include:
・Leading annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
・Providing strategic insights for leadership decision-making.
・Analyzing performance drivers and overall P&L health.
・Partnering with commercial and marketing teams on ROI analysis.
・Coordinating financial reporting with regional headquarters.
・Driving process improvements and financial data automation.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Proven experience (12+ years) management in financial accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis is required.
・Experience working in Supply Chain/Operations well preferred.
• Microsoft 365, PowerBI, Automation, Excel Skills
• Experience in a global FMCG or similar operating environment
• Fluency in English and Japanese language.
