■Role Overview
You will provide strategic analytical support to stakeholders by delivering actionable reports for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will lead the planning process and leverage advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making across the business unit.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
・Analyze monthly performance and provide variance insights
・Develop complex financial models and reporting packages
・Partner with business leaders to support strategic reviews
・Utilize AI and advanced analytics for business insights
・Mentor and develop the Business Partner Team members

経験・スキル

■Requirements
[Mandatory Requirements]
・5+ years of experience in Controlling or FP&A
・Business-level or higher proficiency in English and Japanese
・Proven experience in team leadership or mentoring
・Solid knowledge of accounting and financial analysis

[Preferred Requirements]
・Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
・Proficiency in SAP, Cognos, Hyperion, or similar ERPs
・Knowledge of data science tools like Python, SQL, or R
・Experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis
